The Dupont Circle Hotel located in Washington, DC received a renovation across 264 guestrooms, 12 suites and one Presidential Suite. Throughout the renovation HR Construction Group worked in collaboration with ownership, The Doyle Collection, to ensure a timely and minimally disruptive process. The Dupont Circle Hotel provides its guests with both close proximity to the Nation`s Capital and luxurious accommodations.

PROJECT DETAILS

  • Completed full renovation of 264 guestrooms and associated corridors
  • Renovated 12 suites to include new room layout and design which included enclosing connecting doors, rewiring new headboard walls, wood flooring, millwork, and new mirrors
  • Completed renovation of Presidential Suite to include new wood flooring throughout, custom sand blasted shower doors, millwork upgrades, and lighting enhancements
  • Removed privacy glass in bathrooms to replace with newly built curb and wall
  • Updated carpet, paint, and wall covering finishes throughout
  • Installed new glass shower compartments to include deflector panels
  • Motorized blackout shades with wireless remote installed behind existing window shutters
  • Revitalized bathroom floors with enhanced dye and polishing
  • Installed new bed sets and nightstands throughout renovated rooms
  • Converted 45 double-double rooms to king rooms
  • Installed Tambour millwork paneling with metal trim detail at guest elevators
  • Reconfigured existing closets, with new rods and shelving
  • Installed mirrored back wall and two glass shelves within the amenity niche
  • Installed LVT and vinyl base at service elevator and linen closet
  • Upgraded the voltage for new TVs
