HR Construction successfully completed the full renovation of 754 guestrooms and associated corridors at the Baltimore Marriott Waterfront hotel in downtown Harbor East, Baltimore. The extensive renovation occurred while the hotel maintained their occupancy and included 577 shower conversions, 637 barn door installations and new electrical and Kohler plumbing fixtures throughout. New carpet, tile, paint and wall-covering finishes highlight the upgraded and newly installed FF&E package. HRCG oversaw the duration of the job including change orders while meeting the demands of the project schedule and exceeding customer expectations over the life of this renovation.
