As an Estimator, Lance Ryan, is responsible for responding to RFPs, developing a detailed scope of work, working with subcontractors and suppliers to provide the best value for client’s projects, and preparing proposal packages. He has been with the company since September 2022 and has over 10 years of construction experience working on commercial office buildings, airports, military bases, hospitals, multifamily residential buildings, and government facilities. Outside of work, he enjoys visiting national parks, fishing and attending concerts.
