Josué began his career with us in August 2023. His role includes supporting daily project activities on the job site, such as ensuring site safety by monitoring and documenting safety protocols, coordinating subcontractor tasks, tracking progress, and managing project documentation. Additionally, Josué contributes to quality control efforts through punch list management and supporting toolbox talks for safety issues. He also collaborates with the project team to maintain a smooth workflow and ensure his project’s success.
Josué plays and coaches pickleball, plays soccer, cooks Colombian food, sings, and learns about different cultures outside of work.
