Jeff began his role as a Project Assistant in August 2023. He works with the Project Management team under the Project Manager, primarily assisting the Superintendent and Project Manager on the job site and in the office. His experience with project logistics and oversight functions is valuable in helping with coordinating subcontractor activities, progress tracking, documentation, and updates to the project team for assigned tasks. Jeff also assists the project site team with daily safety monitoring and enforcement to include documentation as needed. Project documentation includes collecting subcontractor daily logs, material delivery documents, dumpster tickets, etc. Jeff will leverage the OpenSpace reality capture tool to enhance the collection and documentation of data at our project locations.
