HR Construction Group was pleased to continue its longstanding partnership with Remington Hotels at the Hotel indigo, located in central Atlanta. The boutique hotel underwent renovations ranging from the common areas, to the guestrooms, in just over a 6-month time-span. The project was completed within a tight fast-paced schedule in which HR Construction Group kept the hotels theme of soul-infused design throughout.

- Installed new vinyl flooring, new wall covering, and new paint in all of the 141 guestrooms
- Inserted new lighting and furniture packages in all guestrooms
- Gutted and re-tiled all guestroom bathrooms
- Installed new showers, vanities, shower doors and bathroom doors within the guestroom bathrooms
- Added 7 ADA rooms
- Put in new wall coverings and fresh paint in the corridors
- Installed new lighting in the corridors
- Equipped lobby with brand new FF&E package, lighting and tile
- Renovated public restrooms in the lobby
- Updated video capabilities in the meeting rooms
- Installed new carpet, wall covering, wood panel, new mill work, and lighting in meeting rooms
- Updated the fitness center with millwork and paint
