HR Construction Group renovated four floors of the Hilton Pearl River. While renovating the 150 rooms, 2 of which were suites, the hotel maintained full occupancy. The job consisted of HR Construction Group working closely with Hilton Pearl River to order to ensure minimal disruptions during this fast-paced 3-month job.

- Installed all new plumbing and fixtures including in-wall valves in guestroom bathrooms
- Completed 40 tub to shower conversions
- Inserted new tile throughout that extends from bathrooms to foyers
- Put in new glass shower doors, all new wood bar doors and new vanity aprons & bases under existing vanity tops for the bathrooms
- Placed new door hardware and partial door replacements within guestrooms
- Applied panel molding to existing guest entryway doors
- Roughed in new lighting throughout including roughed in cove lighting at the window valves
- Replaced all existing electrical low-voltage devices
- Laid new carpet, paint and wall coverings in the corridors
- Installed new carpet, paint, wood valances, new millwork entertainment system and wet bar in stone combo within guestroom suites
- Millwork built-in in seating at the executive King`s room
