- Remodeled both the existing bar, The Aviary, and the existing lounge, The Office, on the hotel’s 35th floor
- Renovations consisted of new tile, stone, millwork, paint and wallcovering, lighting, wood flooring, carpeting, furniture, and fixtures
- Installed service & bar equipment
- Developed and expanded The Aviary’s glass-enclosed drink kitchen
- Completed the build-out of a preparation area on the 21st floor
- Renovated the existing kitchen providing the new operator with more access to the 35th floor
