Manny Delacruz-Pena, one of HR Construction’s Assistant Project Managers, joined the company in March 2025. He earned a bachelor’s degree in Construction Engineering Technology from the University of North Texas. Manny is responsible for gathering, reviewing, and submitting take-off quantities, quotes, submittals, and RFIs. He works closely with subcontractors to ensure documentation, standards, and tasks are completed accurately and on time. In his free time, Manny enjoys playing video and card games, watching movies, and barbecuing with friends and family.
