Tracy Dixon rejoined the company in 2024 as an Administrative Assistant. She plays a key role in supporting operations, from assisting with the development, review, and execution of prime contracts, subcontracts, and task orders, to collaborating with the Contract and Insurance Manager on insurance documentation and lien law research. Tracy holds a bachelor’s degree in human resource management from Colorado Technical University. Her strong organizational skills and attention to detail help ensure smooth and efficient processes across the team.
Outside of work, Tracy enjoys reading, photography, traveling, discovering unique local spots, and spending time with her family, friends, and two cats.
