Aileen joined HR Construction in 2018. As the Human Resources Coordinator she directly aids the Vice President of Human Resources and assists in the full life cycle recruiting process. She maintains an active superintendent schedule across all job sites, arranges travel accommodations, and provides support to employees. Aileen graduated from Virginia Tech in 2014. In her spare time, you can find her exploring another National Park from her bucket list and working out at the gym!
