- Interior finishes consisted of millwork trim, ceramic tiled floors, and interior glazed offices
- New mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems
- Entirely reconfigured Severna Park facility in 48 hours; installed new ceilings, walls, offices, vinyl wall covering, paint, and carpet
- Federal Hill branch renovation involved combining two historic brick row homes where top floors were occupied residences. This required underpinning and structural shoring prior to pouring new footers, inserting new steel members, and installing new floor systems
