- Assisted with preconstruction budgeting, schedule, and design criteria
- Replaced all exterior sidewalk canopies along K and 9th Streets with new ornamental steel and glass systems

- Replaced all decorative monument signage, including electrical and EIFS patching
- Replaced EIFS-wrapped columns on all building elevations w/ new granite wainscoting on a continual water table along both street levels
- Painted remaining EIFS exteriors
- Replaced storefront entrances with new sliding door and revolving door units (12’ automatic at 9th Street and 8’ manual @ K Street)

- New millwork and stone reception pods
