HR Construction completed this renovation of guestrooms, lobby and lower-level public spaces. The hotel remained fully operational throughout the lobby renovation. The team delivered upgraded lighting with dimming controls, a reimagined bar, and a new market and coffee concept without disruption to guests. The result is an elevated, contemporary environment that enhances guest flow, revitalizes social gathering areas, and modernizes the overall arrival experience.

PROJECT DETAILS
- Full renovation of 404 guestrooms, including 90 tub-to-shower conversions, from initial model rooms
- Guestrooms received new LVT flooring, updated wall and floor tile, and a full FF&E package
- Decorative lighting, plumbing fixtures, and reconfigured ADA layouts to meet local codes
- Lower-level meeting spaces and the fitness center received new millwork, carpet, paint, wallcovering, lighting, and a refreshed FF&E package
- Four elevator cab interiors were refinished to complement the updated design.
