Assistant Project Manager David Smith has been with the company since May of 2019. He is responsible for providing support to senior project managers for whatever may be needed during the construction life cycle. This support can range from pre-construction tasks such as estimating and writing scopes to post-award duties such as RFI communications, purchase orders, requisitions and scheduling. David has over seven years of contracting experience, both as the manager of an electrical subcontractor and as a project management consultant to small business contractors.
