One of HRCG’s greatest strengths is our ability to self-perform all demolition, concrete, light gauge metal framing, drywall, acoustical ceilings, doors, frames, hardware, and millwork installation directly.  More importantly this directly employed workforce is incredibly skilled and cutting edge thanks to initial and continued training by their respective Unions.  To directly employ the following talented trades people HRCG is a proud signatory to the following Union organizations:

• General Supervision (including Superintendents & Foremen): Agreement by and between the Construction Contractors Council – AGC Labor Division, Inc. and both The Washington D.C. Regional Council of Carpenters as well as The Mid-Atlantic Regional Council of Carpenters – Baltimore District

• Carpenters (including Journeymen Carpenters & Apprentice Carpenters): Agreement by and between the Construction Contractors Council – AGC Labor Division, Inc. and both The Washington D.C. Regional Council of Carpenters as well as The Mid-Atlantic Regional Council of Carpenters – Baltimore District

• Laborers: Wage Agreement between Humphrey Rich Construction Group, Inc. and both the Laborers’ District Council for Washington, D.C. and vicinity (Local no. 657 and 11) and Laborer’s District Council for Baltimore (Local no. 194)

• Cement Masons: Agreement by and between the Construction Contractors Council – AGC Labor Division, Inc. and Other Employers of Washington D.C. and vicinity and Cement Masons Local No. 891

• Plasterers: Memorandum of Agreement between Humphrey Rich Construction Group, Inc. and Local Union No. 891 of the Operative Plasterers and Cement Masons International Association
