Safety


HRCG strives to foster a safe and secure working environment and we pride ourselves on our safety record to date.  Ensuring that our job sites are the safest they can possibly be for our personnel, our subcontractors, our clients, and any other visitors each and every day is a never-ending process and one in which we welcome.  The ultimate task of continually improving job-site safety must be approached from two directions. 

First, HRCG maintains an in-house safety program geared at educating our diverse workforce through both presentations and written media – and in both English and Spanish.  These “toolbox” safety meetings and training sessions (including first aid and CPR) focus on the proper use and storage of tools, materials, and equipment as well as discussing any other relevant safety hazards and how to avoid them.  In conjunction with the in-house program HRCG additionally partners with industry leaders in the insurance and safety arenas who frequently inspect our job sites.  Their on-site recommendations and follow-up reports are invaluable tools that quickly become an everyday component of our in-house safety program. 

Our in-house measures combined with the safety industry experts have aided HRCG in compiling a safety record to date that is below industry standards amongst comparable organization for lost days and job transfer restrictions.  We remain vigilant in our efforts to minimize hazards to all individuals on our work sites and ensure that each and every worker gets home safe at the end of the day.
