Leading by example, our executive staff at HRCG is responsible for defining and successfully implementing, corporate goals, both in the short and long term:
MARK R. HUMPHREY
President
Mark has over 35 years of experience in the construction industry. Originally trained as a Journeyman Carpenter, he has served in various supervisory construction roles over his career including Foreman, Superintendent, General Superintendent, Project Manager and Project Executive. Mark is currently responsible for the executive management of all company construction operations including pre-construction services, estimating, project staffing, subcontractor relations, and project construction. In his role as Project Executive both at HRCG and prior, Mark has personally overseen $500 million dollars worth of construction.
LAWRENCE A. RICH
Executive Vice President
Larry is responsible for estimating, bid preparation, and overall project management tasks for all construction types performed by HRCG. He provides direct supervision of all personnel from project inception to final closeout and analysis. He is also tasked with the administrative oversight of the main office facilities and office staff. Larry has been personally responsible for the direction of more than 200 major projects with a total value in excess of $400 million.
TOM GARCIA
Vice President, Project Management
Tom is responsible for overseeing projects from pre-construction to final completion. He provides direct supervision of project personnel and support to our clients. Tom has been with HRCG since our first day and during that time he has directly managed over $200 million in projects. As an industry veteran, Tom’s dedication and positive attitude contribute to the success of his projects, set a standard for all project managers, and help to foster positive client relations.
WENDY J. COLLINS
Vice President, Administration
Wendy is responsible for developing and managing human resource policies and programs on a day-to-day basis. She additionally directly supervises the company's administrative personnel to ensure prompt and efficient support of our project personnel. Wendy joined HRCG in 2004 with over 10 years in the banking service industry. Wendy’s extensive service and administrative experience provides our clients with the highest level of service.
Despite the best efforts of our executives however, our firm would not be where it is today were it not for our accomplished staff and personnel. Our office staff of approximately 25 individuals is fully equipped to provide pre-construction, budgeting, estimating, and hard bid services. Working in tangent with the office personnel, our skilled and experienced field superintendents and foremen control the job sites to ensure that all subcontractor and self-performed tasks are being completed in a safe and efficient manner and in accordance with the project schedule. Last, but certainly not least, our directly employed field personnel which averages approximately 125 journeyman & apprentice carpenters, cement masons, plasterers, and laborers provides HRCG with the increased capability to ensure all work is completed at an exceptionally high level of quality without sacrificing budget or schedule.
