Humphrey Rich Construction Group, Inc. was founded by Mark R. Humphrey and Lawrence A. Rich with the simple goal to create a full-service general contracting firm capable of meeting or exceeding a client’s many needs in a proficient, creative, and cost-effective manner.  There are many barometers that can be used to determine whether we are meeting our primary goal.  Accolades, recognition, and awards from local, regional, and national media sources as well as trade organizations do not go unappreciated.  However, our greatest measuring stick and subsequent source of pride is our client retention rate.  On average, 75% of our annual revenues have been from repeat clients.  It is these enduring relationships with our clients that HRCG takes the most pride in. While we continue to bid projects on a lump-sum basis, we are grateful that our valued clients recognize our past achievements in fulfilling their building desires by making us a part of their next project team in the early planning phases thereby resulting in cost-negotiated work.
